Dunham Trust opened in 1999 with the core philosophy that cultivating highly personal service will make a positive difference in our commitment to provide exceptional trust administration services.
Since then, Dunham Trust has helped thousands of families realize their aspiration to live more fully by safeguarding their life’s work. Our clients and their advisors build on Dunham’s open architecture and modular approach to planning wherein our client decides who will manage their investments. Our firm remains agnostic about who ultimately invests on behalf of our clients. Our role is to provide a concierge administrative offering and stewardship to complex assets including closely-held business interests, private credit, captives, real estate and philanthropic entities for present and future generations.

Jeffrey A. Dunham

Founder, Chairman, & CEO

Jeffrey A. Dunham is Chairman and CEO of Dunham. Jeffrey began Dunham in 1985, with the belief that Sub-Advisers should be paid based on their ability to outperform their stated benchmark. He has a B.S. from San Diego State University and FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 24, 52, and 63 registrations.

Ann Rosevear, Esq.

President And Chief Trust Officer

Ann Rosevear serves as President and Chief Trust Officer for Dunham Trust, providing expert structuring and administration of trusts to Dunham Trust's most complex clients. Prior to joining Dunham Trust in 2014, Ann spent 14 years as a principal attorney at Walsh, Baker, Rosevear & Loomis, P.C. in Reno, NV. Ann is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas Honors College and Gonzaga University School of Law.

Jennifer Gardyne, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Jennifer Gardyne is a seasoned financial executive and CPA with more than 20 years of experience leading finance and accounting functions, with deep expertise in corporate accounting, SEC reporting, and strategic financial management. Prior to joining Dunham, she served as Vice President of Finance at Sharp Healthcare and held senior leadership roles at Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Deloitte. Jennifer holds a BS in Business Administration–Accounting from California State University San Marcos and is an active California CPA.

Helmut Boisch, PMP

Chief Operating Officer

Helmut Boisch is the Chief Operating Officer of Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. (Dunham). Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Helmut served in a variety of roles including Global Head of Vendor Management for Allianz Global Investors with a team located in Frankfurt, Munich, New York, and San Diego. Helmut received his MBA in Organizational Management with Honors from Eastern University in Pennsylvania and carries a B.A. from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a double major in Economics and German and has attained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certificate from the Project Management Institute. He has a FINRA Series 7 and 24 license and is a military veteran of the US Armed Forces.

Viktoria Palermo, CRCP®, CICCP, CSCP

Chief Compliance Officer

Viktoria Palermo, CRCP®, CICCP, CSCP, is Chief Compliance Officer for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. and the Dunham Funds. She also serves as BSA/ AML Compliance Officer for Dunham Trust. With over 19 years of industry experience, Viktoria has a strong background in compliance, supervision and overall operations of the Broker-Dealer and Investment Adviser. Viktoria holds the FINRA Series 24, 7, 51, 4, 66 and 63 registrations.

Ryan J. Dykmans, CFA

Chief Investment Officer

Ryan Dykmans, CFA, is the President and Chief Investment Officer for Dunham & Associates Investment Counsel, Inc. As a member of the team since 2004, Ryan has served the firm in various roles. Ryan has a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Redlands and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 registrations, and has attained the CFA ® Chartered Financial Analyst designation with membership in the CFA Society San Diego and the CFA Institute.
